Terms of Service

Effective: 1 July 2026 · ZIPCADE / play.my.zip

The service

ZIPCADE is a web arcade operated by my.zip. It offers access to a catalog of browser-based games under a subscription model. During the current beta period access is free for all signed-in users.

Your account

You must be 13 or older to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. One account per person — do not share accounts.

Subscription and billing

The subscription price is $9 / month. Billing is not yet active during the beta — you will be notified before your card is charged. Subscriptions auto-renew monthly. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period with no pro-rated refund for the current month.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to circumvent access controls or share subscription access
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or reproduce game content without permission
• Use the service to transmit spam, malware, or illegal content
• Interfere with the service or other users' experience
